DR. ROTH

After spending his childhood in Tennessee, Alabama and Iowa, Dr. Roth moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University. After graduation, he continued his education at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, followed by a residency at Primary Children's Medical Center.  In 1999, he began practicing pediatric dentistry in South Jordan and later, Tooele.

He and his wife, Katy, have five children and two daughter-in-laws.  He is also the proud grandpa of three - two girls and a boy. Dr. Roth loves spending time with his family, biking and participating in triathlons.  His favorite thing about being a pediatric dentist is the patients. It is because of them that he gets to smile and laugh every day.

DR. FARNSWORTH

Dr. Farnsworth was raised in Salt Lake City, where he attended East High School. He attended the University of Utah for his undergraduate, then the University of Iowa for dental school. He completed his residency in Texas at Baylor College of Dentistry (currently known as Texas A&M College of Dentistry). He joined Dr. Roth’s practice in July 2004. In January of 2006, the practice became a partnership and Southridge Pediatric Dentistry was created.

He and his wife, Kim, have five children. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, hiking, fly-fishing, traveling, reading, and hanging out with family and friends. He became a dentist because he was interested in a healthcare occupation where he could work with people and also use his hands. What he enjoys most about being a pediatric dentist is the interaction with the kids, parents, and co-workers.
