February is National Children’s Dental Health Month.  One of the things we are doing to celebrate is focusing our efforts on why it is important to #brush2for2.  Dentists nationwide (including the two awesome ones we have here at Southridge) agree that brushing your teeth TWICE a day for TWO minutes is one of the best things you can do to keep your teeth healthy and happy!  Join us this month in a contest to help spread the word!

How to Enter:

All you need to do is post a picture of your little one brushing with #brush2for2 and either #southridgesj if you are a patient at our South Jordan office or #southridgetooele for our Tooele office.  Tag our office @southridgepd and you are good to go!  At the end of the month, we will draw a winner from both Instagram and Facebook.  The winning patients will each receive a $50 Target Gift Card!  And because we know the brushing is a TEAM EFFORT, we will also give a $50 gift card to the grown-up who helps them get the job done!  Because let’s be honest – that is not always easy!

Each child in your family can be entered into the contest, but only one prize will be given per picture.  Our suggestion is to do one picture per child!

Don’t have social media?  That’s okay!  You can still participate.  Print out the “February Brushing Chart” linked below and help your kids monitor their brushing for the month. There are 28 days in February, which means 58 spaces to color in.  Each time your child brushes for TWO minutes, have them fill in a space.  If at the end of the month they have at least 42 spaces, take a picture of their chart and send an email to [email protected].  Be sure to include your child’s name and which office they visit.  Those who participate on social media are welcome to enter this one as well.

Here is a sample of what your post can look like:

This five-year-old can brush like nobody’s business! #brush2for2 #southridgetooele @southeidgepd

Be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook so you can enter in both places.

Good luck and happy brushing!
